solid stay in a great location

the location was very convenient for exploring the downtown core. i found underground parking available, and that really helped me out. the christmas decor added a festive atmosphere, it was quite nice. the renovated room i had was lovely, and it added to the overall positive experience.
the shower pressure in my room could have been better, it was a minor inconvenience, but still noticeable.

The hotel location was great. It was close to shopping and restaurants. The staff allowed us to check in around 2pm instead of 4pm. That was nice. The room was very clean, AND the beds were comfortable.
I had to call the hotel three times before arrival. I wanted my business and pleasure bookings put together. The reservation agent couldn't handle this TASK. I arrived after 4pm, but my room was not ready.

Really good Stay at a Prime Spot!

i enjoyed the convenient location near many attractions. The hop-on-hop-off bus stopped right outside, and an iga market was nearby. The hotel staff were helpful, and i found my premium room one king bed very clean!
my only issue involved check-in, which took an unusually long time. This slowed down my arrival process and was a bit inconvenient.
